باستخدامك لهذا التطبيق، فإنك توافق على الالتزام بشروط الاستخدام التالية. إذا كنت لا توافق على أي من هذه الشروط، يجب عليك التوقف عن استخدام التطبيق فورًا. نحتفظ بالحق في تعديل هذه الشروط في أي وقت دون إشعار مسبق. سيتم إشعارك بأي تغييرات هامة من خلال التطبيق أو البريد الإلكتروني. استمرار استخدامك للتطبيق بعد إدخال التعديلات يُعد موافقة منك على الشروط المعدلة.

1. إنشاء الحساب والتسجيل

للوصول إلى جميع ميزات التطبيق، يتطلب منك إنشاء حساب باستخدام بريد إلكتروني صالح وكلمة مرور آمنة. جميع المعلومات التي تقدمها عند التسجيل يجب أن تكون دقيقة وحديثة. إذا قدمت أي معلومات غير صحيحة أو قديمة، فقد نحتفظ بالحق في تعليق أو إغلاق حسابك. تتحمل المسؤولية الكاملة عن الحفاظ على سرية بيانات تسجيل الدخول الخاصة بك، وأي نشاط يتم من خلال حسابك هو تحت مسؤوليتك الشخصية. إذا كنت تشك في أن حسابك قد تم استخدامه بدون إذنك، يجب عليك التواصل معنا فورًا. يحق لنا تعليق أو إنهاء حسابك إذا خالفت شروط الاستخدام أو إذا اكتشفنا أي استخدام غير قانوني أو مشبوه للحساب.

2. المشتريات والمدفوعات

يوفر التطبيق طرق دفع آمنة تشمل البطاقات الائتمانية (Visa، MasterCard)، Apple Pay، وغيرها. جميع المعاملات المالية تتم عبر بوابات دفع معتمدة تخضع لشروط الأمان المناسبة. من مسؤوليتك التأكد من صحة تفاصيل الدفع قبل إتمام المعاملة. لا يحق للمشتري إرجاع المنتجات إلا في حال وجود مشكلة في المنتج أو عيب مصنعي واضح. إذا تم قبول طلب الاسترجاع، سيتم تحويل المبلغ إلى حسابك خلال فترة تتراوح بين 7 إلى 14 يومًا من تاريخ استلام وفحص المنتج. قد نطلب منك تقديم دليل على العيوب أو المشاكل الموجودة في المنتج. نحن غير مسؤولين عن أي تأخير في عملية استرداد الأموال ناتج عن البنوك أو مزودي خدمات الدفع.

3. الشحن والتوصيل

نعمل على شحن الطلبات خلال فترة تتراوح بين 7 إلى 14 يومًا من تاريخ تأكيد الطلب. يتحمل التطبيق تكاليف الشحن الأصلية، بينما يتحمل العميل تكاليف شحن الإرجاع في حال طلب الإرجاع لأي سبب. قد تختلف مدة الشحن بناءً على المنطقة الجغرافية أو الظروف الطارئة مثل الأحوال الجوية أو الأحداث غير المتوقعة. في حال حدوث تأخير في الشحن، سنقوم بإبلاغك بذلك عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو الإشعارات داخل التطبيق. نحن غير مسؤولين عن أي تأخير ناتج عن شركات الشحن الخارجية، ولكن سنبذل قصارى جهدنا لمتابعة حالة الشحن وحل أي مشكلة تنشأ.

4. سياسة الاسترجاع والاستبدال

يحق لك طلب استرجاع المنتج خلال 14 يومًا من تاريخ استلامه في حال وجود عيوب مصنعية أو مشاكل في المنتج. يجب أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم وفي حالته الأصلية مع جميع الملحقات إن وجدت. نحن نحتفظ بالحق في رفض طلب الاسترجاع إذا تبين أن المنتج تم استخدامه أو تعرض للتلف نتيجة سوء استخدام. تكاليف شحن الإرجاع يتحملها العميل. سيتم استرداد المبلغ كاملاً أو تقديم منتج بديل بناءً على الحالة بعد فحص المنتج المسترجع من قبل فريقنا. في حال استبدال المنتج، قد يتم فرض رسوم إضافية إذا كان المنتج البديل أعلى قيمة من المنتج المسترجع.

5. سياسة الخصوصية

نحن ملتزمون بحماية خصوصيتك. جميع المعلومات الشخصية التي تقدمها عند التسجيل أو الشراء يتم استخدامها فقط لإتمام العمليات داخل التطبيق وتحسين تجربة المستخدم. نحن لا نشارك معلوماتك الشخصية مع أطراف ثالثة إلا في الحالات الضرورية مثل إتمام عمليات الدفع أو الشحن. نقوم بتخزين بياناتك بشكل آمن ونتخذ كافة التدابير اللازمة لحمايتها من الوصول غير المصرح به.

6. الإشعارات والتنبيهات

يوفر التطبيق خدمة الإشعارات لإبلاغك بكل ما يتعلق بحالة طلباتك، العروض الحصرية، وأي تحديثات أخرى. يمكنك تخصيص إعدادات الإشعارات من داخل التطبيق لتعطيل أو تمكين التنبيهات بناءً على تفضيلاتك. نحن غير مسؤولين عن أي إشعارات قد تفوتك نتيجة لتعطيل الخدمة أو لأسباب تتعلق بجهازك.

7. القيود والمسؤوليات

نحن نسعى لضمان أن جميع المعلومات والمنتجات المقدمة عبر التطبيق دقيقة ومحدثة. ومع ذلك، لا نقدم أي ضمانات بشأن دقة أو اكتمال المعلومات. التطبيق غير مسؤول عن أي خسائر مالية أو أضرار تنشأ نتيجة استخدامك للتطبيق أو عدم قدرتك على استخدامه. نتحمل المسؤولية فقط عن الأضرار المباشرة الناتجة عن استخدام التطبيق أو عن أي سوء استخدام يحدث من جانبنا. نحن غير مسؤولين عن أي تأخير في التسليم أو معالجة الطلبات نتيجة لأحداث خارجة عن سيطرتنا مثل الكوارث الطبيعية، أو مشاكل في الأنظمة التكنولوجية.

8. حقوق الملكية الفكرية

جميع حقوق الملكية الفكرية المتعلقة بالتطبيق، بما في ذلك النصوص، الصور، الشعارات، والرموز هي مملوكة لنا أو للجهات المرخصة لنا. لا يحق لك استخدام أي جزء من محتوى التطبيق لأغراض تجارية دون الحصول على إذن كتابي مسبق منا. إذا كنت ترغب في استخدام أي من محتويات التطبيق لأغراض تجارية، يجب عليك التواصل معنا للحصول على التراخيص المناسبة.

9. تعديلات الخدمة

نحتفظ بالحق في تعديل أو إيقاف أي من خدمات التطبيق في أي وقت دون إشعار مسبق. لن نتحمل أي مسؤولية تجاهك أو تجاه أي طرف ثالث نتيجة تعديل أو إيقاف الخدمة. ننصحك بالتأكد دائمًا من أن لديك نسخة احتياطية من أي بيانات أو معلومات مهمة قد تحتاج إليها في حالة تعديل أو إيقاف الخدمة.

10. القانون المعمول به وحل النزاعات

تخضع هذه الشروط للقوانين المعمول بها في المملكة العربية السعودية. في حال نشوب أي نزاع، سيتم حله أمام المحاكم المختصة في المملكة. نحن نلتزم بحل أي نزاعات بشكل ودي إذا أمكن ذلك قبل اللجوء إلى الإجراءات القانونية.

11. إنهاء الحساب

نحتفظ بالحق في تعليق أو إنهاء حسابك في حالة انتهاك أي من هذه الشروط. في حالة الإنهاء، ستفقد القدرة على الوصول إلى حسابك وأي معلومات أو بيانات مرتبطة به. لن نتحمل أي مسؤولية تجاهك عن فقدان البيانات أو المعلومات التي قد تنشأ نتيجة لإنهاء حسابك.

By using this application, you agree to abide by the following terms of use. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you must stop using the application immediately. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Any significant changes will be communicated to you through the application or via email. Your continued use of the application after modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

1. Account Creation and Registration

To access all the features of the application, you are required to create an account using a valid email address and a secure password. All information you provide during registration must be accurate and up to date. If you provide false or outdated information, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account. You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details, and any activity through your account is your personal responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, you must contact us immediately. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate the terms of use or if we discover any illegal or suspicious use of your account.

2. Purchases and Payments

The application provides secure payment methods, including credit cards (Visa, MasterCard), Apple Pay, and others. All financial transactions are processed through approved payment gateways that adhere to appropriate security standards. It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of payment details before completing the transaction. The buyer is only entitled to return products if there is a clear defect or manufacturing fault. If the return request is accepted, the amount will be credited to your account within 7 to 14 days of receiving and inspecting the product. We may require proof of the defect or issue. We are not responsible for any delays in the refund process caused by banks or payment service providers.

3. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to ship orders within 7 to 14 days from the date of order confirmation. The application covers the original shipping costs, while the customer is responsible for return shipping costs in case of a return request. Shipping times may vary depending on geographic location or unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or unexpected events. In the event of a shipping delay, we will notify you via email or app notifications. We are not responsible for delays caused by external shipping companies, but we will do our best to monitor the shipping status and resolve any issues.

4. Return and Exchange Policy

You have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving the product if there are manufacturing defects or issues with the product. The product must be unused and in its original condition with all accessories, if applicable. We reserve the right to refuse a return request if it is determined that the product has been used or damaged due to misuse. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. A full refund or a replacement product will be provided based on the condition after inspection by our team. In the case of a replacement, additional fees may apply if the replacement product is of higher value than the returned product.

5. Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. All personal information you provide during registration or purchase is used solely to complete transactions within the application and improve user experience. We do not share your personal information with third parties, except where necessary for completing payment or shipping. All intellectual property rights related to the application, including text, images, logos, and icons, are owned by us or our licensed partners. You are not permitted to use any part of the application content for commercial purposes without prior written permission from us. If you wish to use any of the app’s content for commercial purposes, you must contact us to obtain the appropriate licenses.

9. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any of the application's services at any time without prior notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modifications or discontinuation of services. We recommend that you always keep a backup of any important data or information you may need in case of service modifications or discontinuations.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In the event of any dispute, it will be resolved before the competent courts in the Kingdom. We are committed to resolving any disputes amicably, if possible, before resorting to legal proceedings.

11. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account in the event of a violation of any of these terms. Upon termination, you will lose access to your account and any information or data associated with it. We will not be liable for any data or information loss resulting from the termination of your account.
